Two days before the Official launch of my new literary novel, Shatter My Heart.
Those who have worked with me to get to this point by contributing to editing, publishing and marketing are joining me for the launch and celebration that it has come together so beautifully.

We will be celebrating this accomplishment as the book is taken from my hands, and is no longer my book, but yours, the reader.

I am looking forward to your comments, questions and reactions to this challenging novel. It may not be a comfortable read in some places, but it will engage your emotions with the honesty of events and the dynamic development of the story.

While I thought that this book was finished as I wrote the last scene, in the process of editing the work, the characters came back to tell me what had happened to them in the last three years. They have grown in ways one may not have expected. I have been surprised by the new developments ahead of these characters. As Robert Frost said, “No tears in the writer, no tears in the reader: no surprise in the writer no surprise in the reader.” For both these books Frosts words have rung true for me.
